Slider Mountain Climber

Start in a high plank—hands shoulder-width apart (or wider if that's how you usually do push-ups), shoulders above wrists—with your toes on a set of gliders.
Engage your core and dig your right foot into the floor as you slide it forward, bringing your right knee to your chest.
Slide your right foot back as you slide your left foot forward, bringing your left knee to your chest.
Continue to alternate, moving quickly. Make sure to keep your core engaged and back flat throughout.
Move faster for a bigger cardio challenge. If you have trouble maintaining form, slow down.

This super set works the quads, hamstrings, gluteus, shoulders and core.

Squat Press

Place feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart holding Bala Ring in front of you, hand on chest and elbow up
Squat down with weight through heels, sitting bottom back and keeping your chest up. Don’t let the Bala Ring drop forward as you squat, keep your elbow up!
Push explosively through the legs (pressing through heels and squeezing knees out) and use this momentum to press the Bala Ring up above head (make sure your ribs don’t flare out at the top by keeping your core pulled)

Repeat

*Do one arm for half of the time and then swap sides

Side-Lying Raised Leg Lifts

Lie on your side with the Bala resistance band of your choice, resting your head on your hand, hips stacked, and legs extended out straight. Engage the core in, raise both knees and feet off the ground, pointing the toes long. Do small lifts with the top leg, as you keep the lower leg lifted and activated to maintain balance.
