The SweetDreams Essential Oil Blend is a supreme aromatherapy blend, 100% natural, from the purest essential oils of: Orange, Petitgrain, Lavender, Marjoram and Chamomile. It is designed for states of insomnia and to reconcile a deep and restful sleep. Insomnia is undoubtedly a widespread problem in broad sections of the population. Excessive activity and stress create a state of internal tension that often results in loss of sleep. This can affect both adults and children. Certain essential oils have a calming and tranquilizing effect that helps to sleep peacefully. It is worth experiencing this pleasant sensation of rest and well-being.

• Orange Essential Oil

Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara Leaf/Twig Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Thymus Mastichina Herb Extract, Ormenis Multicaulis Oil. Contiene/contains: Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol.

Skin Application:

• Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Sesame Oil, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Seed Oil, at a maximum proportion of 3% (60 drops of Essential Oil Blend per 100ml of Vegetable Oil).

Other Applications:

• Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of Essential Oil Blend in the diffuser.
• Bath or Jacuzzi: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil Blend in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolved in the bath.
• Steam Inhalation: apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil Blend on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
• Sauna: dilute a maximum of 2 drops of the Essential Oil Blend for every 500ml of water used in the sauna.
• Air freshener spray: dilute 25 drops of Essential Oil Blend in 250ml of alcohol and use a spray bottle.
