So Nice quality control team makes sure that the products you ordered will arrive on time and in excellent condition.
In case an item arrives damaged or if you change your mind you can always return your order within ten days.
The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by So Nice. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. In case of a damaged item we will replace or refund it.
We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery payment we will return the money in your preferable bank account. The name on the bank account should match the name on your order.

You will be requested to return the goods and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods unless the product/products were damaged. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned as well.
