3. Order Request Submission & Order Completion
So Nice operates as a department store partnering with both international and domestic suppliers to offer a wide range of products at the best possible prices. While every effort is made to ensure product availability as shown on So Nice, it is possible that a product displayed may ultimately be unavailable or not deliverable within the specified timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control.
To ensure full transparency and maximum protection against unforeseen events, orders are completed as follows:
a) Submission of Order Request
You may browse our online store, select the desired products, and add them to your shopping cart. You must then submit your order request to our company.
To provide you with the best possible service and facilitate future purchases, you will be registered as a So Nice user during your first order by completing all required personal information in the registration form.
Next, you must fill in all order details shown in the order form. All data you submit to us is strictly protected under our privacy policy and is collected and processed securely and diligently, only with your explicit consent, which you provide by submitting the form.
Each time you send an order request, you must first accept these Terms of Use and the Data Protection Policies. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide, which our company knows only by your declaration.
Upon submitting your order request, you will receive an automated message displaying the order details, which will also be sent to the email address you provided.
All order requests are subject to availability verification (conducted during the processing stage following your request). At the stage of receiving your order request and the automatic display of its content, your request has not yet been processed by our company.
Please note that receiving your order request and automatically displaying its content does not imply acceptance of your order, as it constitutes an offer from you to purchase one or more products.
All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed by sending you an email, as outlined below.
b) Order Request Processing
During the processing of your order request, the availability of all products included in your order will be verified.
i) If all requested products are available within the delivery timeframe indicated on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Product delivery will then proceed according to the schedule of our partnered courier company. If you prefer an invoice instead of a simple receipt, please contact us by phone beforehand.
ii) If any of the products you ordered are unavailable or will only be available after the specified delivery time, our company will contact you via the email address you provided to discuss possible modifications, corrections, or cancellation of your order. If we are unable to reach you within 10 days of receiving your order request, the unavailable items will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued via the payment method used for that product. When the product becomes available again, you will receive an email notification, and if you wish, you may submit a new order request. Any new order, whether modified or not, will be confirmed by a new email, which will serve as the official acceptance of your order and will trigger its execution.
c) Order Errors – Order Rejection
You may correct any errors in your order before clicking the “Order Confirmation” button at the final step of the ordering process on the website.
Our company may contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provided during registration at any time up to and including order delivery to address any issues regarding order receipt, processing, fulfillment, shipping, payment, returns, or any other matter.
Orders will not be accepted if we detect product or pricing errors or if there is a payment problem. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any purchase order at any time.
Both parties agree that such communications (via email) satisfy any legal requirements for written notification, order confirmation, or any other disclosures required by law.

So Nice is not liable for events beyond its control, including loss, delayed orders, or interruptions of phone service, electricity, software, or other systems, as well as cases of force majeure. Nevertheless, we remain at the disposal of our users/customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Payment Methods
Our company offers several payment options, detailed as follows. Once you decide which payment method suits you best, you select it in the corresponding section of your order request form and enter the necessary information, if required.
The available payment methods are:

The price of each product is the one displayed on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. So Nice makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices on the site. However, if So Nice identifies a pricing error for a product you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you may either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel your order. If we cannot reach you, your order will be considered canceled, and any amounts paid will be refunded. So Nice is not obligated to supply any product at the incorrect lower price, even if an order confirmation email has been sent, especially in cases where the error is evident.
The prices displayed on our website include VAT at 24%, but do not include shipping costs. Prices are shown on the relevant page of the site where you select your preferred shipping/payment method, or you can view detailed costs on the receipt you receive with your purchase. Customers can review the price and shipping costs during the “order review” step.
By clicking the “Approve Payment” button, you confirm that the credit card used belongs to you. Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by the card issuer. If payment is not approved by the issuer, So Nice is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery, and no sales contract will be concluded with you.
5. Delivery of Products / Shipping Costs
Upon confirmation of your order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time of your products depending on the delivery area you have selected. In any case, your order will be shipped by our company or a cooperating courier during business days and hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00). Our company and its partners take all necessary measures to ensure timely delivery of the products you have ordered according to the delivery schedule indicated. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, customs delays, intermediate loading/unloading points, transport strikes, or any other strikes affecting the delivery of products from our suppliers to our warehouses. In case of delays, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you accordingly.
Although we take every precaution to inform you of any lack of availability of products, there is a possibility that unexpected shortages or unavailability may arise from our suppliers even after your order confirmation.
In such cases, we will again make every effort to contact you by phone and/or email to inform you and arrange for a new delivery date, delivery of an alternative product, or cancellation of the unavailable items of your order without any cost to either party. Any payments made for unavailable products will be refunded interest-free within a reasonable time frame. Our company bears no responsibility for such product unavailability.
Products are shipped, except in cases of cash on delivery, only after So Nice has received full payment for the order amount as well as shipping costs. Depending on the delivery address, orders are delivered either by a company employee, a cooperating courier service, or via a postal agency. Customers have the option to pick up their order from the company’s headquarters upon arrangement, free of charge during business hours.
So Nice is obligated to issue a retail receipt or invoice upon the customer’s request, based on information provided after telephone communication. Delivery of the products is considered complete and the order deemed delivered once you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession or control of the products. This is evidenced by the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.
Liability for the products transfers to you once you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes to you either upon our full receipt of all amounts due related to the products, including shipping costs, or upon delivery as described above, provided the payment has been received prior to delivery.
If it becomes impossible to deliver your order and 15 calendar days have passed since the order became available for delivery without successful delivery for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the contract. We will refund the payment we received from you and the delivery costs as soon as possible and without interest. We reserve the right to charge you for any transportation costs incurred due to the contract termination (which may be higher than the original delivery costs), deducting such amounts from the refund.
6. Product Returns
If you are acting as a consumer, in order for a product return (defective or not) to be valid, the return process and related notice must be received by our company within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, as specified below.
In any case where a return and/or replacement is allowed as per the terms in Article 7, the product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer — complete and undamaged, with original packaging that matches the company’s codes, in excellent condition, along with all accompanying documents (e.g., delivery note, retail receipt, etc.). Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be informed by email and/or telephone about the next steps (such as sending a new product, replacement, etc.) following the procedure described in Article 3 above.
Except as stated here and in Article 7, you cannot withdraw from the contract if the subject of the contract is customized products or sealed goods not suitable for return due to health reasons.
7. Product Return Policy
1) Right of Withdrawal
For all product categories, you have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, from the day you or a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) took physical possession or control of the products. This can be done at no cost to us except for the return shipping costs (courier, carrier, post, or other), which are your responsibility.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify So Nice within the 14-day period by either calling 210 2317193, sending an email to customerservice@sonice.gr, or using our contact form, explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days, in addition to those stated in Article 6, include: the product must not be used, no labels or tags (e.g., stickers, brand markings) must be removed, packaging must be unopened and undamaged. All items must be returned in perfect condition, free from damage or defects (except in the case of defective products), complete, and inside their original packaging (especially for fragile items). All necessary documents must be included. Upon withdrawal, we will promptly refund your payment without interest, and you will bear the return shipping costs unless you deliver the product personally to our company’s headquarters. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned products.
You are liable for any diminished value of the products if their use has altered their nature, characteristics, or functionality. You bear the risk and cost of returning the products as stated above.
2) Return and/or Replacement Policy for Defective Products
a) Our company ensures all products are carefully packaged to arrive undamaged. Some products are fragile or sensitive, and we take all necessary precautions (in cooperation with suppliers and carriers) to ship these items in special protective packaging. However, in very rare cases, damage may occur during shipment or storage, or you may receive a defective product. For this reason, and without affecting your right of withdrawal, we urge you to inspect products upon receipt.
b) If you accept the product without reservation, it means you have accepted it unconditionally from our company. If you notice damage or defects, you may notify us by email at customerservice@sonice.gr or by phone at 210 2317193 within 14 calendar days of receipt, stating whether you want a replacement or to exercise your right of withdrawal. So Nice reserves the right to inspect the returned product and inform you within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If you choose replacement, you should follow the product return procedure.
c) If the product is proven to be defective from manufacture, you may request replacement with the same or another product of your choice, a full refund (for cash-on-delivery or bank transfer payments), or credit to your card (for payments via Viva Payments or PayPal), provided you submit the electronic notice within 14 calendar days of receipt. So Nice will inspect the returned product and notify you promptly regarding your refund or replacement entitlement.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content of the So Nice website – with the exception of elements belonging to third parties (e.g., intellectual property of partners, affiliates, or other entities) – is the intellectual property of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, texts, photos, designs, trademarks, logos, commercial and financial data, software, files of any kind, and the layout of the website.
