DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free delivery on every order within Greece.

^*Additional charges might occur for distant areas. For the rest of Europe charges are referring to packages up to 2 kg. For every kg above it you will be charged 3,5 euro / kg. Any additional fees, taxes or customs, are the customer’s responsibility.

So Nice does not deliver to P.O. boxes .

Delivery in countries outside the ΕU is usually subject to custom charges and they are the customer's responsibility.

We normally dispatch all orders within the next working day. Orders must be placed before 13:00pm (EET) for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.

Our courier service is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Orders are delivered from 9am to 5pm. If you (or someone else) are not available to collect your delivery, you will be noted with a contact number to which you should call and rearrange your delivery.
