The Anti Stress Essential Oil Blend is a supreme aromatherapy blend, 100% natural from the purest essential oils of Orange, Grapefruit, Lavandin, Lemon, Petitgrain and Marjoram. Its delicate fragrance, with a characteristic citrus, lemony and rustic aroma, provides a feeling of calm and relaxation favouring the elimination of tension.

Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Citrus Paradisi M Peel Oil, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Grosso Herb Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara Leaf/Twig Oil, Thymus Mastichina Herb Extract. Contiene/contains: Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol, Eugenol.

Skin Application:

• Facial Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Wheatgerm Oil, at a maximum proportion of 1% (20 drops of Essential Oil Blend for every 100ml of Vegetable Oil).

• Body Massage: the use of Anti-Stress Body Oil by Alqvimia is recommended.

Other Applications:

• Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of Essential Oil Blend in the diffuser.
• Bath or Jacuzzi: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil Blend in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolved in the bath.
• Steam Inhalation: apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil Blend on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
• Sauna: dilute a maximum of 2 drops of the Essential Oil Blend for every 500ml of water used in the sauna.
• Air freshener spray: the use of Anti-Stress Eau de Toilette by Alqvimia is recommended.
