Skin Application:

• Body Massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Sesame Oil, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Seed Oil,… at a maximum proportion of 3% (60 drops of Essential Oil Blend per 100ml of Vegetable Oil).

Other Applications:

• Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of Essential Oil Blend in the diffuser.
• Bath- jacuzzi: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil Blend in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolved in the bath.
• Steam Inhalation: apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil Blend on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
• Sauna: dilute a maximum of 2 drops of the Essential Oil Blend for every 500ml of water used in the sauna.
• Air freshener spray: dilute 25 drops of Essential Oil Blend in 250ml of alcohol and use a spray bottle.
