Apply all over the body when taking a shower or a bath with a gentle upward massage with circular movements that will help create a lather and the release its stimulating fragrance.

Use together with Anti-Stress Body Oil at night and Anti-Stress Body Elixir during the day, for total relaxation.

Combine with Anti-Stress Eau de Toilette for a complete tension-relieving effect.
