If you're using it in the bathtub, fill it up to cover the device at minimum. If not, place a damp cloth over The Glute Trainer. Place your glutes on The Glute Trainer with your legs bent. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until it vibrates and starts at level 1. Press the + or – buttons to select your intensity.

To target the inner and front thighs, lie with your legs extended.

To target the upper glutes, sit with legs bent and lean slightly back.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Before starting, read the manufacturer's instructions carefully to see all details and contraindications, and keep the device in good condition.
· Use in 15-minute sessions, at least 4–5 times a week.
· If NOT using in the bathtub, wear thong-style underwear. Place a damp cloth or towel over the device or use a gel such as The Lipo-Gel. Alternatively, you can wear thin, wet leggings that cling to the skin. In this case, there is no need to place a damp cloth over The Glute Trainer. If the device, your skin, or your clothing dries out, spray more water to improve conductivity.
· Combine with The Lipo-Gel to combat cellulite and localized fat.
