Bath
Αdd 1 to 2 cups of Of The Islands magnesium bath crystals to a warm bath, soak for 20 minutes to get maximum benefit.
Foot soak
Αdd half to 1 cup of crystals to a foot bath with warm water. The water should be covering the ankles as it is a good place to absorb magnesium.
Booster
Αdd one handful of Of The Islands magnesium bath crystals to a warm bath in combination with 4 caps of Magnesium Lavender Bath Tonic to enhance the benefits and boost magnesium levels. Soak for 20 minutes.
Add 2 drops of your favorite essential oil, or a few drops of body oil for added aromatherapy and nourishing experience.
Contraindications:
Do not use in the following circumstances:
Kidney disease: the kidney s ability to process access magnesium is diminished.
Cuts, or scratches on the skin (including freshly shaved areas) and sun burn or any skin irritation. Μagnesium will sting, the feeling like putting salt on the wound.
Low blood pressure – magnesium will lower blood pressure so in situations where it is already low.
